From our initial phone conversation, to the the final call informing me the proceeds from our home sale had been deposited, we found David to be an excellent communicator. We live in Hawaii, and met only one week prior to listing. David was extremely patient with our endless questions and several requests. He is easy-going and was a pleasure to work with. He almost always answered his phone when we called, otherwise returned all of our calls promptly.
